Specialties
Eating Disorder Therapy
Recovery from an eating disorder is a very challenging process. It takes bravery to begin the journey and persistence to continue after higher level treatment.
A good connection with an eating disorder therapist is key to your progress. I have the experience and specialized training to support you as you recover to a life of meaning and purpose.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety comes in many different forms and can be disabling, preventing you from doing what you really want with your life. In therapy, we will examine your unique struggles and find tools and strategies that will work for you. We will look at how your thinking impacts anxiety and how avoidance leads to anxiety.
Women’s Issues
The transitions in a woman’s life are many. Women are wired for connection and benefit from an emotional bond of trust, caring and respect. I have the training as well as the lived experience to help you with challenges related to relationships, parenting, work-life balance, and aging.
